Pedestal Mounted Outdoor Enclosure: GasNet Style

The enclosure is fitted with night latch locking, barrels NOT Included. It has double doors with lift-off pintle hinges. Mounting Pedestal: Hot dipped galvanised mounting pedestal as per Gasnet Drawing  No.SB5-1-2

Typical Finish: Bronze Olive or Anti-Graffiti powder coated, Velocity Green

Material: Typically 2mm body with a 6mm base, Mild Steel. Marine Grade Aluminium and Stainless steel are also available.

Features:

  • A segregated compartment with a supply / meter panel is included.

  • The rectifier will include, mains switch, RCD protection

  • 24hr Time Clock, bypass Switch, a Normal / Interrupt Switch, Interrupter Socket

  • Spark Gap Protection, MOV Protection

  • Total volts Voltmeter

  • An Ammeter for each Output circuit

  • Total Amps Ammeter (optional)

  • Transformer  / Rectifier, Neutral Bar and Earth Bar 

  • Circuit Breakers will be provided for the output circuits and for secondary protection of the transformer.

  • PID Auto Controllers can be fitted to each output circuit (optional)

    • In Auto mode a PID controller monitors a ground reference and determines the required voltage to correct the difference between the reference and a set point value, quickly and efficiently. The output voltage is phase angle controlled. Auto mode helps deal with fluctuating ground potential due to changing climate conditions and other factors.

    • Manual mode maintains a manually set voltage in reference to the common anode via phase angle control. Eliminating the need for crude resistance links to create a desired voltage drop.

Floor Mount Enclosure

Base Mounted Enclosure:

The enclosure is fitted with night latch locking, barrels NOT Included. Plinth mounted enclosure Anti Graffiti powder coat, Velocity Green, fitted with night latch locking, size 735H x 425Wx 320D. Plinth has internal gussetts for slab mounting. Fitted out with a distribution board  consisting of Main Switch, Single Pole Circuit Breaker/ RCD, 2A, 240V, DP, 30mA, Double GPO, Jones Plug and MOV. Surge protection provided across MOV. Provision for mounting of Rectifier and supplied with rectifier as described below. Cubicle: 2mm Zincanneal, Galvanised Plinth.

Rectifier :

Switch mode power supply Type SMV24/2, infinitely adjustable 3 to 24V, 0.25 to 2A. Tested to AS/NZS2064 for conducted and radiated EMI.
